This is one answer you better not find. Most airplanes are not that clean. There are turnover crews that vacuum and empty trash from the cabin, but what about the windows, armrests, and tray tables? Ignorance is bliss. The best you can do is bring your sanitizing wipes. Moreover, the FAA isn't in charge of how often planes are cleaned, so the airlines often make their own decisions regarding cleaning.
