As it seems like Hong Kong authorities don’t really care a lot about people climbing towers, it is no surprise these young daredevils went up there quite easily. And just so you may know, this is the fifth tallest building (346 meters) in Hong Kong. He has plans of reaching to the top of all the tallest skyscrapers in the country.
