Using plastic foods for decoration isn't anything new. However, when it comes to Easter, that plastic fruit bowl your grandmother kept in her house might not cut it here. Instead, lean into the fact that the foods are fake. For example, you can get some plastic carrots and then just paint them white. Throw them in with a basket or some fake moss or other greenery, and you have a good-looking Easter decoration.
You don't even have to paint them white; they'd look nice in pastels, too. You can get a bit creative here since the aim isn't to convince people that plastic food is real.
