Odds are you have a kid or know of one who loves Minecraft or Roblox. This is a super easy way to create some custom balloons using only tape or colored paper. If you're using tape, then just cut off a couple of pieces and add them to your balloons to create faces. If you're using paper, then you can cut your pieces and then glue them onto your balloons.
