Create A Grand Balloon Arrangement

This might look like something you hire out to a party decorator, but it's really not that hard to do yourself. The main thing is to make sure you vary the size of your balloons. Once you've done that it's just a matter of picking two primary colors and tying everything together. That means you're going to need a lot of string. You can also add a secondary color or clear balloons.

Make sure to arrange them around something, such as a doorway, a cake, or even a table where you're placing food or refreshments. You'll have to commit some time to blowing up balloons but the end result is worth it.
