Make Ice-Cream Themed Hangers

This is a nice idea if you're planning on having ice cream at your party, and really everyone should be having ice cream at their party anyway. To make these hangers, just take some paper cups and tissue balls similar to the ones in this photo and connect them using glue. You can add things like confetti or drizzle some paint, but that's totally optional. Lastly, just hang them using some string.
