This Scratch 'N Sniff Gas Bill Might Save Lives

There's no way to know if this addition to a gas bill actually smells like gas or if it's completely odorless and they were just playing a little joke. Either way, it seems like they really want their customers to know what natural gas smells like, which generally isn't too pleasant. We're not really sure why, but there had to be some kind of purpose when it came to this envelope.
