Some pet owners may not realize that the pads on the bottom of cats' and dogs' feet need a little bit of tender love and care. After all, these companions don't wear shoes as we do on a regular basis which means they need some added protection. A dab of Vaseline on the bottom of a paw that is cracked and dry can be a real lifesaver to a feline or canine companion.
