Although Canada bears the brunt of many jokes (typically those told by residents of the US), don’t be fooled by its reputation. It’s easily one of the most naturally beautiful places in the world and a great place to visit, provided you can handle the cold. In fact, plenty of your favorite TV shows were filmed in Canada. But we want to give a particular shoutout to Montreal. It’s something of a cultural melting pot, not too dissimilar from New Orleans, but with a more structured layout. The reflection of the lights on the water makes for a majestic sight.
