And while the coffee brewed here isn't any better than elsewhere in America, this town got its name because it was the perfect spot for travelers and workers to grab a hot coffee while they were traveling between major neighboring cities such as Natchez and Mobile. In fact, there was even a famous coffee stand here back in the day.
