If you're familiar with your old-school comic books, you might be familiar withBringing Up Father. This comic ran from 1918 until the early 2000s, and had a huge influence on popular culture. In fact, it was even turned into a popular TV sitcom! This allowed it to amass a huge number of fans over the years - including a Nevadan local and businessman by the name of Albert Hankins.

When Albert was given the chance to re-name the town that he was living in, he decided to take inspiration from the main character of this comic book. So, the town became Jiggs!
