People come and go in the desert. While some people try to make a life for themselves in these dry landscapes, many soon realize that it's not the kind of lifestyle they can maintain. So, they up and leave - leaving behind some of their belongings in the process. Perhaps that's how this person stumbled upon Europe's "The Final Countdown" cassette tape in the middle of the desert? We don't know how else it would get there.
