You were probably expecting to see this city on the list, right? The city of Flint in Michigan is one of the most infamous cities in the whole country, thanks to the Flint water crisis. In 2014, over 100,000 residents were faced with contaminated water that had extremely high levels of lead and Legionella bacteria. To this day, the city is still dealing with the after-effects of this terrible disaster.
