Camilla, Georgia

Nobody wants to live somewhere where the crime rate is high, and the employment rate is low, and it seems as though that's exactly why the population count of Camilla in Georgia is decreasing year on year. Although an unemployment rate of 20% doesn't sound too bad, it sounds even worse when you learn that just 5,000 people live in this city. And when people don't have jobs, they often turn to crime.
