The Wheels Don't Go Round and Round

We all know that the wheels on the bus go round and round, but what about the wheels of a car on someone's first trip to Houston? Well, we don't think they go anywhere at all. Especially as this guy parked up for all of half an hour before someone came along and stole his tires. We're assuming they stole his tires, anyway. Perhaps they were performing some kind of NASCAR pit stop?

Either way, this guy wasn't able to go anywhere with his tire-less car in that poor condition. So, let's hope that he managed to get out of Houston another way.
