The "built-In" USB Charger Is Not so Built-In After All

In many ways, it's never good to look "behind the curtain" at hotels and resorts. The hospitality industry is a fast-paced and often stressful environment, with lots of hard work happening behind the scenes to provide a seemingly effortless service for guests. In this case, the same can be said for the hotel's electrical fixtures. When the USB plug wasn't charging his phone, this guest took a look and had a shock.
