Well Hello There Strange Sir

It appears that there has been an alien sighting...one that was captured thanks to the Google street view camera. This man, dressed in an astronaut or alien costume is very strangely standing on the side of the road as if he is a part of the fence. He is standing completely still and just staring. No one knows why and for how long he has been there....or for how long he will be there.

There isn't even another car around so it's not like this man just go out of his car and stood there for the camera. This one is truly baffling...why and how did he get there?
