A New Kind of Monster From the Sea

Imagine you are walking on the road by the beach when all of a sudden this creature comes up out of the water and starts walking in front of you. You might be convinced that sea monsters actually do exist after all. Clearly, there is some proof to that, however, as this Google street view camera has captured. They only managed to get a picture of this creature from the back.

The creature doesn't look so much like a monster and appears a little bit more like a friendly seaweed covered person.
