No Minibar in the Room? Do This to Chill Your Drinks

Okay, so the mini-fridge is really mini. Sometimes it's packed with expensive goods you don't want to spend your hard-earned cash on. Or, you might not even have a fridge at all. This isn't ideal if you've packed your favorite wine or beverages and have no place to keep them cool. A simple remedy to this issue starts with a bag of ice. Some hotels have free ice. If not, just pop into the local supermarket and grab a bag.

Now, head over to the bathroom sink and put in the plug. Run a little cold water into the basin, then fill it with your ice. Pop in your bottled drinks, and you've got a mini chiller for the night.
