Don't Be Afraid to Speak Your Mind

When it comes to hotel disasters, sometimes our worst enemy is our inability to speak up. Always remember you paid to stay here, so you're allowed to expect a certain standard. If your room is unsatisfactory, say so. If you haven't received the service you ordered, for instance, laundry- bring this to someone's attention. You don't have to be rude or offensive, but it's okay to stand up for yourself if there are significant problems that ruin your stay.
