This one is similar to the last quote in that it absolutely does not make any sense. Apparently, after booking a trip in a hot air balloon, someone suddenly realized that hot air balloons are meant to go up really high in the sky. They wrote a review complaining that "There was no sign telling you that you shouldn't get in a hot air balloon if you're afraid of heights".

Of course, the operator could be forgiven for assuming that something like this might be considered common sense. The person who wrote the review obviously didn't consider it as such.
