'I Had To Ensure My Kids' Safety'

Okay, so the title doesn't exactly say the same thing as the quote, but it might as well. A traveler wrote, on a review site, that "I had to pay for an extra plane seat for each of my kids". We're not sure if they expected that their kids would be able to ride in their laps or if they could just ride in each other's laps, but that's generally not how it goes.

You have to treat traveling in a plane just as you would traveling in a car. Things like turbulence can easily throw around a small child, which is why you have to wear a seatbelt in rough skies. It's also why they make you purchase a separate seat for each child.
