United State's Light Pollution

Light pollution is a problem in the modern world. While it might not make a noticeable or drastic change in our day-to-day lives, there is a strong environmental impact that is happening. You might just see this impact if you are someone who enjoys seeing the stars in the night sky. Outside of that, this map is also intriguing for seeing where there is a large number of lights and, probably, nighttime activity.

While people are living it up on the eastern side of the United States and the West Coast, the rest of us in the midwest will be enjoying our stars.
