​The Dragon Blood’s Tree From Yemen

These unique trees from Yemen are specifically native to the Island of Socotra archipelago, just off the Yemen coast. The dragon-blood tree has an extremely unusual look, with a sort of umbrella shape both beautiful and perfect for people trying to get some shade.

The tree can grow to incredible lengths, being able to raise over 30 feet in height while staying alive for some 600 years. Unfortunately, the specific type of tree is believed to be “vulnerable to extinction”.
