Let's face it, while we all wish we had enough time in the mornings to prepare a perfectly balanced breakfast, that's probably never going to be the case. At best, most of us have enough time to prepare some eggs, sausages, and maybe even hashbrowns, and at worst, we're scrambling to fill a bowl full of cereal. However, there is a better way, and all it involves is dicing up an apple.
This might sound pretty plain, but it's actually really healthy, and you can add tons of other things to it, such as milk, honey, grains, seeds, and just about anything else you want. It's also much better for you than a bowl (or box) of cereal.
