As Halloween approaches, there's always so much fun stuff to do, and it makes us want to decorate and celebrate the holiday too. That's why this year, we're thinking about trying out this person's inventive light display in our front yard. With a series of cinder blocks, small candles, and little pumpkins, this person made a decoration that would make Ichabod Crane proud.
