There's no doubt about the fact that the United States of America has suffered at the hands of natural disasters over the years. And just like many other cities on this list, Albany in Georgia has suffered, too. As well as suffering from the destruction that Hurricane Irma caused in 2017, Albany has also had to deal with a deadly tornado. For a city that relies heavily on agriculture, this devastated the locals and their economy.
