When the Google Street View Car Was a Carriage

Did you ever stop to think that the Google street view car is not necessarily a car in every place in the world? Maybe you have seen that in some countries they have used a camel (for the desserts) and for others, like this small village in Romania, they use a horse and carriage. It looks like that is how they roll in Letea, Tulcea, Romania...and it seems it did the trick.

It's funny to think that they have modern conveniences such as a fancy Google street camera and yet there are no cars. Maybe the village does not allow cars.
